App shortcuts

App shortcuts also work while a terminal has focus.
Command bar
- Go to…: any project, Issues & PRs, scratchpad, or session.
- Open Issues & PRs and open or create the Scratchpad.
- New Session…, New Session in Worktree…, New Terminal, and New Project…
- Settings…, Hide Sidebar or Show Sidebar, Show Changes or Hide Changes, Light or Dark appearance, Change Theme…, and Check for Updates…
Project commands appear when a project is selected.
